Do you have a physical shop?
No — we operate entirely online, which keeps costs down and lets us focus purely on the making. Everything is arranged by message and shipped to you.
How long does an order take?
It depends on the piece and current order volume, but most custom orders are designed, made and shipped within 1–2 weeks. Let us know your deadline and we'll confirm if we can hit it.
Can I see a proof before it's made?
Always. We send a design proof for approval before anything goes near the laser, so there are no surprises.
Do you do bulk or trade orders?
Yes — get in touch with quantities and we'll put together a bulk quote, ideal for corporate gifting, events or club merchandise.
